Descripción y detalle de las actividades

Supervise and lead production employees, including assigning tasks, scheduling shifts, and providing training.

Monitor and control the production process to ensure production goals are met efficiently and within budget.

Reinforce compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe work environment.

Ensure machinery and equipment receive proper maintenance and are operated safely.

Identify opportunities for improvement in production processes and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.

Analyze production data and metrics to monitor performance and make informed decisions.

Communicate effectively with other departments (maintenance, quality control, supply chain) to coordinate production activities.

Experiencia y requisitos

University degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields.

+3 years of experience with molding/plastic injection machinery.

+ 5 years of experience as a Production Supervisor.

Experience handling ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).

Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing methodologies and their application. (Certification is a plus).
