Duties
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients using provided scripts and tools, ensuring clear and professional communication.
- Schedule appointments accurately within the company’s calendar system, confirming details with clients as needed.
- Follow up with leads via phone, to nurture relationships and increase appointment bookings.
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions in customer relationship management (CRM) software, including call notes and scheduling updates.
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools for data entry, reporting, and correspondence to ensure organized and efficient workflow.
Requirements
- Proven experience in call center roles, customer support, or client services is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse clients.
- Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to engage customers confidently and professionally.
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail for scheduling and data entry tasks.
- Ability to handle high-volume outbound calling while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Technical proficiency in using CRM systems or similar software for tracking interactions.
