Location: 50% Remote, 50% On-Site (Guadalajara)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Online Training Course Developer to support the founder in creating high-quality, branded online training materials. This role is central to delivering exceptional learning experiences to our audience of professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Collaborate with the founder to develop professional-grade course materials, including:
Presentations (visually engaging and branded).
- Worksheets and exercises tailored to course objectives. - Workbooks and didactic guides.
- Exams and assessments to measure learning outcomes.
Content Upload & Management: Organize and upload course content to our learning platform, ensuring consistency and quality.- Instructional Design: Work closely with the founder to structure courses for maximum impact, incorporating interactive and engaging elements.
Video Editing (Optional): If skilled, assist in editing video content for training materials to maintain
professional standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in developing online training materials or instructional design.
- Strong proficiency in tools such as PowerPoint, Canva, or other presentation/design software.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to align materials with branding guidelines.
- Familiarity with online learning platforms (e.g., Teachable, Thinkific, or similar).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (written and spoken) to create and adapt materials for diverse audiences.
- Video editing skills are a plus (experience with software like Adobe Premiere, Camtasia, or similar is beneficial).
