Position: Account Executive
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Relationship Management
- Establish, develop, and maintain long-term and stable partnerships with local clients.
- Conduct regular communication, customer visits, and follow-up on business needs.
- Understand clients’ business requirements and provide professional sales support and customized solutions to enhance loyalty and repeat business.
- Handle client inquiries, feedback, and daily communication efficiently in Mandarin and/or English and Spanish.
2. Sales & Order Execution
- Execute sales orders and accurately confirm order details, pricing, delivery terms, and client requirements.
- Track end-to-end order status to ensure smooth execution and achievement of sales targets.
3. Quality & Delivery Coordination
- Coordinate closely with QC, production, and logistics teams to follow up on product quality, delivery timelines, and shipment arrangements.
- Gather and communicate client feedback regarding quality concerns, delivery delays, or any abnormalities, and drive internal improvement and timely resolution.
- Provide clients with timely updates on quality inspections, production progress, and delivery schedules.
4. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate sales records, customer files, order documents, and communication logs.
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly sales reports, client status summaries, and issue-tracking reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluency in Mandarin and/or English and Spanish (both written and spoken); able to manage daily communication, customer coordination, and documentation in both languages.
- Experience in sales support, customer service, or client coordination; experience in manufacturing or foreign trade industries is preferred.
- Familiarity with order processing, customer relationship management, and cross-functional coordination.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and follow-up skills; detail-oriented, responsible, and customer-focused.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.) and CRM systems.

Pay: $420,000.00 - $520,000.00 per year
