Key Responsibilities:
6. MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:
Recibir el pedido de cliente, capturarlo en SAP y verificar que el precio sea el acordado de acuerdo con Comercial, revisar la disponibilidad de producto y hacer la programación del embarque, dar seguimiento a la entrega hasta la llegada con el cliente.
Esta autorizado para hacer el ajuste en las fechas de embarque en caso de alguna reprogramación.
Revisar con Crédito y cobranza la liberación de los pedidos.
En momentos de falta de material o transporte, tener la habilidad de gestionar con el cliente la fecha de entrega que implique la menor afectación para ambas partes.
Lograr la plena satisfacción del cliente al resolver todas sus inquietudes y problemas.
Llevar a cabo el seguimiento post-venta, para conocer el nivel de satisfacción de los clientes.
Llevar la administración de las quejas de sus clientes en SAP en México.
Llevar los KPI´s de su negocio.
Generar notas de crédito y débito en caso de ser necesario
