A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Product Owner, you will act as the voice of the customer and a key driver of value delivery within an Agile team. You will translate business needs into actionable work, ensuring the team remains focused on high-impact priorities aligned with the product vision and roadmap.
You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, System Architects, and cross-functional teams to define, refine, and prioritize features and user stories while maintaining a well-structured and execution-ready backlog. Your day will involve constant interaction with stakeholders, aligning expectations, and enabling the team to deliver high-quality outcomes within each Planning Interval (PI).
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Own and maintain the Team Backlog, ensuring it is prioritized based on business value, dependencies, and team capacity.
- Translate product vision into user stories and ensure they are clear, actionable, and aligned with strategic goals
- Act as the primary point of contact for the Agile team, providing clarity on requirements and priorities.
- Collaborate with Product Management and stakeholders to guide roadmap execution and feature prioritization
- Drive alignment across teams by supporting PI Planning, resolving dependencies, and ensuring continuous feedback loops.
What You Bring
- 5–7 years of professional experience in Agile environments, Product Ownership, or Project Management roles.
- Advanced English
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, or a related field aligned with Project Management.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe) and backlog management practices.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical execution.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize data, prioritize effectively, and drive value-based decisions.
- Availability to travel

As a Product Owner, you will help bridge the gap between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment and delivering meaningful solutions that create value for customers and the organization.
