What do you get to do in this position?
As part of the Data Integration Team, you will play a key role in the onboarding, maintenance, and support of data collection processes from financial institutions and external providers. You will work closely with internal teams, technology teams, and external partners to ensure connectivity, operational continuity, and accurate documentation.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate onboarding activities and secure connectivity with financial institutions and external data providers.
- Monitor and track invitations, access requests, and connection status updates across multiple platforms.
- Maintain accurate records of active connections, provider requirements, and operational procedures.
- Update and maintain internal management tools, including connection tracking and workflow status monitoring.
- Create and maintain portal guides and operating documentation to support operational processes.
- Investigate and resolve daily operational issues related to data collection processes, platform access, and provider changes.
- Analyze support requests and identify potential causes before escalating issues to technical teams when required.
- Collaborate with internal technology teams and external providers to ensure successful platform access and connectivity.
- Maintain internal catalogs of firms, portals, and provider information to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Support process improvement initiatives and contribute to the continuous enhancement of operational workflows.
The ideal candidates for this position must:
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Demonstrate strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Be comfortable working with multiple web-based platforms and applications simultaneously.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Be highly detail-oriented and capable of following structured processes.
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Be proactive and capable of working independently while collaborating effectively with global teams.
- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Have knowledge and/or experience using AI tools or AI agents to support productivity, research, documentation, process improvement, or operational workflows.

It is desirable candidates for this position:
- Experience in FinTech, Wealth Management, Financial Services, Banking, or related industries.
- Familiarity with financial institutions and investment-related terminology.
- Experience working with ticketing systems, workflow management tools, or project management platforms (Monday.com, Jira, ServiceNow, etc.).
- Knowledge of data onboarding, operational support, or account administration processes.
- Understanding of secure access management concepts, including user provisioning, password policies, and IP whitelisting.
- Familiarity with data transfer methods such as SFTP, APIs, secure email, and web portals.
- Experience creating process documentation, operating procedures, or user guides.
- Exposure to data integration or operational support environments.
- Knowledge of information security and data privacy best practices.
