Responsabilities
- Lead and collaborate to take charge of customer issues, lead meetings with internal and external teams, and work together to identify and resolve challenges
- Conduct root cause analysis and drive corrective actions to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction
- Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring customer quality and improving integration and field performance
- Conduct First Article Inspections and prepare detailed customer quality reports
- Be responsible for hosting onsite customer audits and visits, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
- Support New Products in the qualification and launch of new products with our customers
- Ensure compliance with AS9100 quality management system requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher degree and/or relevant experience
- Experience in supporting customers and addressing their needs
- Familiarity with machining/assembly manufacturing processes
- Skilled in analyzing data to drive improvements
- Certified Professional: 8D / 6-Sigma certification is a plus
- Fluent in English both written and spoken
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
- Capable of communicating effectively in complex situations with diverse teams.
