We are looking for a Remote Property Management Coordinator to support scheduling and maintenance operations for residential properties.
This is an administrative and coordination role (not a technical or field position). It is ideal for candidates with experience in property management, scheduling, dispatch, or vendor coordination.

Key responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and property orientations
- Coordinate maintenance appointments with residents, maintenance technicians, and vendors
- Ensure field teams are efficiently scheduled across locations
- Coordinate preventative maintenance projects
- Dispatch work to vendors and maintenance teams
- Maintain vendor relationships and documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams (leasing, accounting, inspections)
- Assist with maintenance-related billing questions
Requirements

- Experience coordinating schedules or projects

- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in property management
- Experience with vendors or maintenance coordination (administrative side)
- Familiarity with tools like AppFolio, Yardi, Property Meld, or similar
- Experience working with US-based clients

Requirements
- Reside in Mexico
- The whole hiring process must be held from the computer you will be applying from

- Your device must have at least 8GB of RAM and run on an Intel 8th-gen Core or newer or AMD Ryzen 2000 series or newer. Additionally, it should be operating on Windows 11 or higher, or MacOS 13 or higher.
