We are a fast-growing real estate investment company seeking a highly motivated Real Estate Lead Specialist to join our team. This position supports our South Florida market and requires advanced English communication skills, as you will be speaking directly with U.S.-based homeowners throughout the sales process.

As a Real Estate Lead Specialist, you will connect with prospective sellers who have already been identified by our lead generation team. Your role will be to build rapport, qualify opportunities, overcome objections, and schedule appointments for our acquisitions team.
What You'll Do
- Contact leads by phone, text, and email
- Build rapport with homeowners and understand their situations
- Qualify motivated sellers using company criteria
- Overcome objections and maintain productive conversations
- Schedule appointments for the acquisitions team
- Follow up consistently with leads throughout the sales process
- Maintain accurate records and notes in our CRM
- Work closely with the acquisitions team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads
What We're Looking For
Advanced English communication skills (spoken and written) are required. The ideal candidate is confident speaking with U.S.-based homeowners, can build rapport quickly, and communicates professionally over the phone.
We're looking for someone who is self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing multiple conversations and follow-ups at the same time. Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle objections professionally are essential.
Experience in sales, appointment setting, customer service, call centers, or real estate is highly valued, but we are willing to train the right person who is coachable, driven, and eager to grow.
Experience using CRM systems such as Podio, REsimpli, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms is a plus.
