Role Purpose
Design, integrate, and continuously improve manufacturing systems and processes. Lead the implementation of new manufacturing systems using a project management approach. Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to optimize product design, enhance producibility, and reduce costs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and improve manufacturing processes, equipment, and systems to meet cost and quality targets
- Define process standards, parameters, and global manufacturing requirements
- Develop and validate engineering solutions, including feasibility testing
- Lead implementation of new processes and technologies in production
- Collaborate with global specialists and cross-functional teams
- Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives (cycle time, cost reduction, efficiency)
- Support production and operational areas in troubleshooting and optimization
- Ensure compliance with engineering specifications, standards, and regulatory requirements
- Conduct engineering inspections and define corrective actions when needed
- Coordinate suppliers and contractors within project scope
- Analyze data, identify trends, and develop effective technical solutions
- Support PPAP documentation and FTF measurement processes
- Maintain knowledge of industry best practices, technologies, and regulations
Ensure adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering
- Proven experience in turning processes
- Experience in rolling and broaching manufacturing processes
- Experience with CNC controls
- Knowledge of robot control systems
- Experience leading teams
- Knowledge of lubrication systems and oils
- English: Advanced (C1)
