Established San Jose, California home-services company — a licensed plumbing company (One Time Plumbing, C-36 #870041) and a general contractor (Spindola Construction) — is hiring one reliable, long-term remote assistant to run our back office and post social media for both brands. Work is remote during Pacific Time business hours.
What you'll do:
- Answer and return customer calls professionally (English and Spanish)
- Create and send invoices; follow up on unpaid balances
- Track quotes/estimates from sent to won/lost
- Schedule and dispatch jobs to field crews
- Keep our software clean and current (Jobber, QuickBooks, CompanyCam)
- Post to social media for both brands — turn job photos into before/after posts, write clean captions in English and Spanish, keep a regular schedule
What we need:
- Fluent, friendly, professional English AND Spanish (phone and writing)
- Proven remote admin/VA experience — trades or home-service experience strongly preferred
- Experience with Jobber, QuickBooks, and CompanyCam (or equivalents like Housecall Pro / ServiceTitan)
- Comfortable with Canva and posting to Instagram/Facebook for a business
- Reliable internet, quiet workspace, headset
- Available during Pacific Time business hours
- Self-starter who doesn't need micromanaging
