Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee import and export operations, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and international trade requirements.
- Manage and maintain IMMEX.
- Ensure accuracy, compliance of Annex 24 inventory control systems and related regulatory obligations.
- Coordinate internal and external audits and respond to government agency inquiries and compliance
- Ensure proper utilization of free trade agreements, trade programs, and fiscal benefits.
- Manage departmental budgets and lead logistics, customs, and compliance optimization projects.
Experiencia y requisitos
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in International Business, International Trade, Logistics, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in International Trade, Customs Compliance, Import/Export, or Trade Compliance.
- Hands-on experience managing IMMEX operations, Annex 24, Annex 30, and VAT Certification (IVA/IEPS) requirements.
- Strong knowledge of Mexican Customs Law, Foreign Trade Regulations,.
- Experience managing customs brokers, logistics providers, and international .
- Advanced English proficiency required.
