Prohome Ventures is a U.S.-based real estate investment company specializing in wholesale real estate acquisitions. We operate with an established system — active leads, a vetted buyer network, and a fully built acquisitions infrastructure. We are expanding our remote acquisitions team and looking for an experienced professional to join our operation.
About the Role
This is a senior-level acquisitions position. We are looking for a candidate who already has hands-on experience in real estate wholesaling - specifically on the acquisitions side. You will manage seller relationships, negotiate purchase agreements, and drive contracts to closing within our existing pipeline system.
This is not a training role. Prior wholesaling experience is required.
Responsibilities
- Conduct calls with pre-qualified motivated sellers and manage relationships through the full acquisition process
- Analyze property values, assess ARV, and structure competitive purchase offers
- Negotiate effectively with sellers to reach mutually beneficial agreements
- Manage an active pipeline using our CRM system with accuracy and consistency
- Follow up persistently on leads and maintain deal momentum through to signed contract
- Collaborate with the dispositions team to ensure smooth transaction handoffs
- Track and report weekly KPIs to leadership
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate wholesaling acquisitions (required)
- Demonstrated understanding of wholesaling fundamentals including ARV, MAO, and assignment contracts
- Professional proficiency in English — spoken and written — at a level required for daily communication with U.S.-based homeowners and partners
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience managing leads and pipelines in a CRM platform
- Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional remote workspace
- Must be currently residing in Mexico or Colombia
Compensation
- Competitive base salary
