Talent Acquisition Specialist
Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates. This role also supports employer branding initiatives, maintains accurate recruitment records, and ensures a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and post job advertisements across various job boards and recruiting platforms.
- Recruit for high-volume operational, administrative, and specialized positions based on business needs.
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates to ensure they meet company standards and job requirements.
- Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews.
- Manage the hiring process from initial contact through offer acceptance.
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Participate in job fairs, recruiting events, and community outreach initiatives.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment metrics.
- Meet monthly hiring goals and recruitment KPIs.
- Assist with new hire orientation and onboarding activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.
Required Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Proven experience in high-volume operational recruiting.
- Experience recruiting for administrative and specialized positions is preferred.
Education

Technical Knowledge
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Experience with background check platforms.
- Fluent in English.
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and hiring compliance.
