We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Engineer to help design, build, and evolve the data platforms that power a specialized clinical trials management application. Responsibilities

Design scalable and reliable data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and consumption

Build and operate ETL/ELT processes using modern data engineering approaches

Develop and optimize data transformations using Python, PySpark, and dbt
-
Design and administer Snowflake storage and processing solutions
-
Implement data modeling, data architecture, and information governance best practices
-
Ensure data quality, consistency, and traceability across the data lifecycle
-
Set up automation, testing, and deployments using CI/CD practices
-
Monitor integrations and data platforms, and resolve incidents to restore service quickly
-
Collaborate with development, product, analytics, and business teams to translate requirements into solutions
-
Identify and deliver improvements in performance, scalability, security, and maintainability
-
Document architectures, technical processes, and development standards
Requirements
-
5+ years of data engineering experience building modern pipelines
-
Strong consultancy experience working with stakeholders and translating needs into technical solutions
-
Proven leadership ability to drive complex initiatives independently and guide technical direction
-
Hands-on project ownership skills across design, build, optimization, and support of data platforms
-
Advanced Python skills for data processing and automation
-
Advanced PySpark skills for distributed data processing
-
Strong Snowflake experience including modeling, optimization, and object administration
-
Practical dbt experience to implement and manage transformations
-
Solid CI/CD practices for data solutions, including testing and deployment automation
-
Strong Git version control skills in collaborative environments
-
Strong analytical skills with structured problem-solving approaches
-
Excellent communication skills across technical and functional teams

Advanced English proficiency (C1, Advanced) for daily collaboration
Nice to have

Cloud platform experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP

Orchestration tooling experience with Airflow or similar

Background in regulated environments such as healthcare, pharma, or clinical research
