Responsabilidades
- Mantener un plan de ventas con los márgenes requeridos en el mercado para la región.
- Desarrolla la estrategia comercial para Datacenter en la región liderando un equipo comercial.
- Tener conocimiento profundo del proceso del cliente y de las personas clave en la toma de decisiones.
- Elaborar los informes solicitados por la corporación, así como retroalimentar a la empresa con cambios significativos en el mercado o clientes mensual y semanalmente.
- Presentar el presupuesto de ventas anual y mensual de acuerdo con el plan anual de Vertiv.
- Estar en contacto directo con los clientes conociendo sus necesidades y sus problemas para la resolución de problemas.
- Promocionar nuevos productos y soluciones en el mercado regional actual.
- Promover la formación necesaria y adecuada al personal de ventas a su cargo sobre las soluciones, políticas de ventas y habilidades.
- Asegurar que la comunicación entre el cliente interno y externo sea óptima para el desarrollo de los Proyectos
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Job Qualifications:
- Título Profesional en Ingeniería Electrónica, mecánica, eléctrica o carreras afines
- Preferiblemente con Postgrado o Maestría en Telecomunicaciones o Administración
- 5 a 7 años de experiencia en el sector industrial (preferiblemente en Datacenter)
- Nivel de dominio del inglés - Avanzado.
