Support Manufacturing leadership in planning, coordination, and execution of strategic and administrative activities, ensuring efficient management of operations, communication, and key projects within the department.
Key responsibilities:
- Support strategic planning initiatives and implementation of tools to improve departmental performance.
- Coordinate and manage executive agenda, meetings, and communication for Manufacturing leadership.
- Track and follow up on key projects, ensuring timely updates and reporting.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and materials for leadership meetings.
- Manage and control administrative processes such as requisitions, travel expenses, invoices, and documentation.
- Coordinate internal meetings with functional leaders and support executive decision-making processes.
- Organize and coordinate visits, events, and leadership activities at plant level.
- Maintain updated records and documentation for Manufacturing management.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, quality systems (MQAS/SIS), and environmental standards.
- Act as a liaison between departments, leadership, and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication.
Requirements:
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (completed) in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in administrative support, planning, or similar roles.
- Experience managing executive agendas, travel coordination, expense tracking, and reporting.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Advanced communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project, Outlook).
- Intermediate English level.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting senior leadership in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Background in project tracking and event coordination.
- Knowledge of SIS / quality and environmental systems.
- Experience handling confidential and strategic information.
- Strong skills in coordination, negotiation, and service orientation.
- Experience with tools such as SAP or similar administrative systems.
