About the role
Join the team at Bloom Digitals! This role is an excellent opportunity for a versatile professional to handle a blend of web development, design, and project management tasks. The position requires 10 hours per week and offers a flexible schedule from Monday to Friday, working within the hours of 09:00 a.m. to 06:00 p.m. PT. This position also offers the potential for growth into a part-time role as business needs evolve.

Key Responsibilities
- Web Design: Create engaging, user-friendly digital layouts.
- Web Development: Build, update, and maintain functional websites.
- Project Management: Oversee timelines, deliverables, and overall project workflows.
- Client Communication: Act as a point of contact for project updates and client needs.
Key Requirements
- Language Proficiency: C1 English.
- Core Technical Skills: Mid-Senior level proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Platform Expertise: +5 years of WordPress experience.
- Design Background: +3 years of experience in Web Design.
- Management Background: +1 year of experience in Project Management.
- AI Tool Integration: +1 year of experience using AI tools across all daily activities.
Working conditions
- Part-time: Monday to Friday, flexible schedule to 09:00 - 06:00 p.m. PT
- Working hours: 10 hours per week
- Environment: 100% Remote
