Position Objective
Provide high-level administrative, operational, and logistical support to the Plant Manager, ensuring efficient coordination of activities, timely information management, and effective communication across organizational levels. This role contributes directly to operational continuity and the achievement of business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, coordinate meetings, prepare meeting minutes, handle correspondence, and ensure the proper flow of internal and external documentation.
- Organize business travel, reservations, transportation, internal events, and special activities while ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and Plant Manager requirements.
- Prepare, update, and maintain sensitive documents, reports, presentations, and databases to support decision-making and ensure the availability of reliable information.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the Plant Manager and external suppliers, customers, and business partners, maintaining professional and effective communication.
- Track action items, initiatives, and projects assigned by the Plant Manager, ensuring follow-up on deadlines, commitments, and progress with cross-functional teams.
- Coordinate office supplies, purchasing requests, and departmental operational needs, optimizing resource utilization and ensuring availability when required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar Executive Assistant, Senior Administrative Assistant, or Executive Support role.
- University degree preferred, but not required.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).

- Preparing executive-level reports, presentations, and business documentation.
