HR Operations Manager – Oil & Gas

We are currently looking for an experienced HR Operations Manager to join a leading company within the Oil & Gas sector. This role will be responsible for leading operational HR activities across onshore operations and offshore projects, ensuring strong employee relations, labor compliance, and effective HR service delivery in a dynamic operational environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead operational HR activities for offshore and onshore operations.
- Manage employee and labor relations processes, including investigations, disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with Mexican labor regulations and evolving labor reforms.
- Supervise and develop a small HR team, including HR Business Partners and Labor Relations personnel.
- Partner closely with business leaders and corporate stakeholders to align HR priorities and operational needs.
- Drive HR process improvements, reporting, workforce planning, and employee lifecycle activities.
- Support offshore personnel operations including mobilizations, rotations, and critical workforce requirements.
- Utilize HR systems and reporting tools (SAP experience is a plus).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field.
- Solid experience in HR Operations, Employee Relations, and Labor Relations within Oil & Gas, Energy, Offshore, Industrial, or other highly regulated environments.
- Experience supporting offshore projects and operational environments.
- Strong knowledge of Mexican labor law and labor reform compliance.
- Proven experience leading HR teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
- Advanced English is mandatory.
- SAP or HRIS exposure is desirable.

Sueldo: $150,000.00 - $190,000.00 al mes
