Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Plant Controller, Cost Controller, or in a similar finance leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
- Previous experience in the automotive industry (Tier 1, Tier 2, or Tier 3) is required.
- Strong background in standard costing, manufacturing cost accounting, and inventory management.
- Experience preparing annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and financial close processes.
- Experience coordinating internal and external audits.
- Experience working with multinational or corporate reporting structures.
Technical Knowledge:
- Financial and cost accounting.
- Standard costing and cost variance analysis.
- Budget preparation and management.
- Monthly forecasting.
- Profitability analysis by product, customer, and manufacturing process.
- Inventory control and valuation.
- Financial statement preparation and analysis.
- Financial and operational KPI management.
- Internal controls.
- IFRS and/or local accounting standards.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Power BI (preferred).
- ERP systems (SAP, QAD, Oracle, Plex, or similar)
