This role will be responsible for ensuring a successful business relationship by supporting consumer credit operations, meeting performance indicators, and providing support to efficiently process credit applications, while ensuring close communication with the District Manager, Regional Manager, and GM Financial support teams.
In this role you will:
- Serve as the immediate point of contact within the dealership to provide support in commercial credit operations (retail, leasing, and pre-owned vehicles).
- Monitor compliance with performance indicators.
- Work closely with the District Manager and Regional Manager to escalate operational issues that require special support.
- Collaborate with F&I managers and Sales Managers at the assigned dealership.
This position is on-site within the dealership.
