Mérida, Mexico (Onsite Hub)
Salary: 16,000 – 22,000 MXN / month + Competitive Benefits
Full-time | Monday – Friday (U.S. Business Hours)
Fast-Track Hiring via Spark Hire
Are you a sharp, bilingual professional who loves interacting with people but also enjoys analytical, detail-oriented problem-solving?
Snapscale has been partnering with premium U.S. medical clinics since 2017. Our Mérida Delivery Center is expanding, and we are looking for versatile, high-caliber talent to take on a dynamic dual-focus role that sits at the center of U.S. healthcare operations.
The Dynamic of the Dual Role:
This is not a repetitive, single-task job. Your day will be split between two critical skill sets:
1. Patient Care & Communications (Interpersonal Focus):
- Act as the warm, professional voice of U.S. concierge medical clinics.
- Handle inbound inquiries and conduct proactive outreach for patient scheduling, onboarding, and intake.
- Overcome patient hesitations with empathy and clear, confident communication.
2. Insurance Verification & VOB (Analytical Focus):
- Call U.S. insurance networks directly to perform deep-dive Verification of Benefits (VOB).
- Cross-reference complex coverage data, deductibles, and co-pays with absolute accuracy.
- Update electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) and billing tracking systems without errors.
What You Get:
- Stable, competitive monthly salary (16,000 – 22,000 MXN).
- Premium paid training mapping out both patient psychology and U.S. insurance systems.
- A collaborative, high-energy local office hub with performance-based hybrid/remote roadmaps after 12 months.
- Genuine career scaling within a fast-growing international operations firm.
*Note: This is an administrative operations role. If you are seeking a clinical practitioner track (doctor, therapist), this position will not align with your goals.*

What We Are Looking For:
- Full Bilingual Fluency: Exceptional, natural English communication skills (written and spoken) are required to negotiate comfortably with U.S. insurance representatives and patients.
- The "Dual" Mindset: You need to be highly articulate and empathetic on the phone, yet structured and zero-tolerance for data entry errors when handling insurance metrics.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a clinic administrative role, high-tier customer success, hospitality management, or advanced call center environments. (Full paid training on U.S. insurance frameworks is provided!)
