Key Responsibilities:
Analyzes and measures the effectiveness of existing business process, developing sustainable, repeatable and quantifiable business process improvements. Researches best practices within and outside the organization to establish benchmark data. Collects and analyzes process data to initiate, develop, recommend business practices and procedures that focus on enhanced safety, increased productivity and reduced cost to determine how new information technologies can support reengineering business processes. May be trained in Lean Six Sigma and specialized in areas such as business process analysis and reengineering, change management and measurement, process-driven systems requirements.
To be successful in this role, you will likely have:
Analysis and Identification of opportunities for:
- Aplication of Lean Manufacturing tools in improvement projects that generates eficiency in productive and administrative processes.
- Proposal of saving opportunities and action plans.
- Define the strategy of the process improvement in administrative and production areas.
- Management and optimization of the factory resources for the implementation of improvement projects and saving
- Design of work system / work cells following the guidelines of Mergon Group
- Planning, development, presetation (teaching) and implementation of Lean Kaizen events. Coordination of standardization activities in the factory for the creation of a Lean Manufacturing culture.
- Validation and modification of environmental goals and support for compliance. Identification of the Environmental Aspects of the operation. Analysis of new projects and their impact on the environment. Establish objectives and goals for the Environmental Management System and its maintenance.
- Compliance and monitoring of the metrics established by the organization.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
