Job Description
- Primarily responsible for creating database tables, structures, views, functions, stored procedures, schemas, and dictionaries to facilitate the ETL of data within Microsoft SQL Server.
- Responsible for developing and maintaining Microsoft SQL Server databases whilst also ensuring their performance and stability.
- Create and implement changes to databases based on the requirements of the end user
- Ensure data quality and integrity.
- Work on problems of complex scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or IT related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of related experience.
- Experience working with Microsoft SQL Server (2012+ ).
- Solid coding techniques to develop complex views, stored procedures and functions using T-SQL.
- Experience importing data from text file formats, linked server connections, APIs and web services.
- Experience creating mapping document/s between source and target data structures.
- Excellent knowledge of data transformations of all types including calling custom scripts, applying complex logic etc.
- Solid knowledge of database design to produce sound logical and physical data models.
- Ability to understand and analyze system interdependencies, data structures, and data models.
- Experience with varied forms of data design, such as online transaction processing, online analytical processing, data warehousing, operational data stores, and decision support systems.
- Knowledge of one or more database management systems to install, upgrade, configure, design, develop, implement, secure, tune, monitor and maintain required database objects.
- Experience in troubleshooting all types of ETL issues.
- Ability to write custom scripts using shell scripts such as PowerShell.
- Good verbal and written communication skills are a must.
- Analytical and problem management skills and the ability to resolve complex data issues.
- Ability to immediately adapt to changing requirements and conditions.
- Ability to work in fast paced environment essential.
- Familiarity with real estate concepts a plus.
