Job Summary
We are looking for a Graphic / Production Designer to support the marketing team with the execution and production of high-quality visual assets across digital, print, event, and campaign channels.
This role is primarily production-focused and ideal for a junior-to-mid-level designer who works well within established brand systems and creative direction. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable producing large volumes of design assets while maintaining consistency and quality.
This person will support a wide range of marketing initiatives, including social media graphics, paid media assets, brochures, email creative, large-scale trade show and event graphics, and video-based marketing and sales enablement assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and adapt marketing assets across digital, print, event, campaign, and video channels.
- Support the production of trade show graphics, wall graphics, brochures, one-pagers, banners, and event collateral.
- Design digital marketing assets, including paid media banners, email graphics, and social media creative.
- Execute production work based on existing brand guidelines, templates, mood boards, and creative direction.
- Resize and adapt creative assets into multiple formats and dimensions.
- Maintain high visual consistency across all deliverables.
- Support production workflows using Adobe AI/generative tools where appropriate, including image editing, asset adaptation, and creative versioning.
- Review AI-generated or AI-assisted assets carefully for errors, inconsistencies, and brand alignment before final delivery.
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams through structured project workflows.
- Manage multiple design requests while maintaining turnaround times and quality standards.
- Prepare organized production-ready files for handoff and implementation.
- Support the creation and production of simple marketing or sales videos, including sales-deck-style videos.
- Work with AI-enabled video tools such as Descript or similar platforms to help assemble, edit, and refine video content under established production workflows and creative direction.
Must-Have Experience & Skills
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design, production design, or marketing design.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Experience creating both digital and print marketing assets.
- Experience supporting event, trade show, or large-format graphics production.
- Strong understanding of typography, spacing, layout, and brand consistency.
- Ability to work efficiently within established templates and creative systems.
- Exceptional attention to detail and quality control.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced marketing environments with multiple requests simultaneously.
- Comfortable using or learning Adobe AI/generative tools as part of the design production process.
- Ability to work with AI-assisted creative outputs while applying strong quality control and brand judgment.
- Familiarity with Figma and collaborative design workflows.
- Ability to support simple video production workflows without requiring heavy post-production expertise.
- Strong English communication skills.
