In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance processes, conducting audits, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and measure quality standards and metrics, driving innovation and exceeding quality goals.
Additionally, you will actively engage with internal and external customers as well as suppliers, addressing quality concerns, resolving escalations, and ensuring alignment on quality expectations throughout the product lifecycle. You will act as a key liaison between the organization, customers, and suppliers to drive continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
