We are seeking a strategic and technically hands-on Solution Architect to join our engineering department. In this critical role, you will be responsible for defining the structural blueprint and technical direction for our software systems. You will bridge the gap between high-level business problems and concrete, scalable technical solutions, ensuring that our software products are secure, resilient, performant and aligned with our long-term technology strategy.
Responsibilities

Design robust, scalable and secure end-to-end software architectures, encompassing backend services, front-end layers, databases, integrations and cloud infrastructure

Conduct proofs-of-concept (PoCs), evaluate third-party tools, APIs and frameworks and make data-driven decisions on technology stack selection

Establish architectural standards, design patterns and coding guidelines

Provide technical governance to development teams to ensure implementations align with the agreed-upon architecture

Collaborate closely with product owners to translate business requirements into technical blueprints

Communicate complex architectural concepts to both technical developers and non-technical business leaders

Ensure that designs systematically address key non-functional requirements such as security, high availability, disaster recovery, performance and cost-efficiency
Requirements
-
1+ years of experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Lead or Principal Engineer designing complex distributed enterprise software systems

Understanding of modern architectural patterns such as Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture, Serverless, APIs and Cloud-Native designs

Expertise in major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP) and modern infrastructure practices including containers, Kubernetes and database design

Exceptional communication, negotiation and leadership skills, with the ability to influence technical decisions and align cross-functional teams

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a proven ability to balance tactical delivery pressure with long-term strategic architectural goals

English proficiency at B2 level or higher
