As Legal Counsel, you will provide legal guidance to the business, support contract negotiations, help manage legal risks, and contribute to compliance initiatives. You will work closely with internal stakeholders across different functions and gain exposure to a broad range of legal and business topics.
What you will do

Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and legal documents.

Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.

Support legal risk management and compliance activities.

Assist business stakeholders in identifying practical legal solutions.

Support data privacy and data protection initiatives.

Develop and implement legal policies and procedures.

Collaborate with external legal counsel when required.

Deliver legal training and awareness sessions to internal stakeholders.
The skills you bring

Law degree and qualification to practice law in Mexico.

5+ years of relevant experience in corporate and commercial law.

Experience as in-house counsel.

Experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Professional working proficiency in English.

Strong learning agility, curiosity, and willingness to grow.

Experience as in-house counsel.

Experience in both a law firm and corporate legal environment.

Exposure to technology, telecommunications, IT, or related industries.

Knowledge of data privacy and data protection regulations.

Experience supporting multinational or regional operations.
