We’re looking for a detail-oriented QA Analyst & Project Coordinator with 3–5+ years of experience in web and mobile QA, Agile environments, and project coordination.
This role is approximately 50% QA and 50% project coordination, combining hands-on testing with keeping small to medium-sized projects organized and moving forward.
What You’ll Do
- Own and maintain the QA testing matrix across Web, Mobile Web, iOS, and Android.
- Create and execute test plans, regression suites, and exploratory tests.
- Perform hands-on mobile testing across devices, operating systems, and app versions.
- Identify, reproduce, and clearly document bugs and issues.
- Validate payments, subscriptions, notifications, APIs, and third-party integrations.
- Coordinate UAT, release testing, timelines, tickets, and project priorities.
- Work closely with Engineering, Product, Support, and other teams to resolve issues and keep projects on track.
What You Bring
- 3–5+ years of hands-on QA experience, including web and mobile testing.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong experience with test planning, regression, exploratory, and combinatorial testing.
- Experience with Linear/Jira, TestRail, or similar tools.
- Strong communication, organization, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent English and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
Nice to have: API testing, SQL, QA automation, analytics, CI/CD, or marketplace/e-commerce experience.
Automation experience is a plus, not required.

Pay: $22,000.00 - $47,000.00 per hour
