What you’ll do:
Provide support in the operational activities of the Human Resources department, collaborating in the basic tracking of employee information and in the execution of internal initiatives, in accordance with the organization’s policies. Support in employee retention initiatives Personnel transportation route reengineering project Follow-up on Human Resources processes Contribution to the monitoring of turnover and absenteeism indicators Various reports Events Birthdays
What is required:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field No experience required; internships or academic projects in Human Resources are desirable Intermediate English Internal Work Regulations Code of Ethics
