Here's who we are
Smart Foundation Repair has spent 15 years fixing foundations in Kansas City and Dallas–Fort Worth. We're not a media company. We're a trades company with a mission most people don't expect: to bring nobility and class back to skilled work.
The CEO builds our AI systems himself. He's not looking for an editor to take orders. He's looking for a partner with a better eye than his, someone to hand the creative keys to while he builds the machine underneath.
What you'll actually own
- **Video, first.** Short-form and long-form that stops the scroll and holds it.
- **Images and visual assets.** Thumbnails, ad creative, social graphics, brand collateral.
- **The quality gate on AI-generated content.** We generate a lot. You decide what ships. You direct the tools, filter ruthlessly, and polish what makes the cut.
- **Everything visual that carries our brand.** If it goes out, it passed your eye first.
- **The system itself.** Over time you help design the workflows that let us produce more, faster, without losing taste.
What we'll pour into you
- **Paid training in AI generation, coding, and workflow automation.** On our time, not yours.
- **Direct access to the CEO** on a weekly basis. Not a manager between you. Him.
- **Best-in-class tools and real budget.** Whatever the job needs.
- **A clear path to lead.** The person who builds this engine with us runs it.
Who this is for
- You have a portfolio that proves taste. Composition, pacing, color, type, motion. Show us work, not certificates.
- You can edit video at a professional level. We don't care which software. We care about the result.
- You're curious to the point of being slightly annoying about it. You try new tools before anyone asks.
- You ship fast without shipping sloppy.
- You take ownership. You report back. You respond quickly. You don't need to be told twice.
- Professional English, spoken and written. Spanish is a plus.
**Bonus, not required:** AI image/video tools (Midjourney, Runway, Kling, Veo, Sora, ElevenLabs), basic automation (Python, n8n, Make, APIs), motion graphics, or experience growing a channel.

- **Compensation:** $3,500 USD/month base, plus performance bonuses tied to content that wins.
- **Location:** Remote, Mexico, with consistent US Central Time overlap.
- **Type:** Full-time contractor, paid monthly in USD.
