We are building an automated security vulnerability detection and remediation platform and need a Lead Python Engineer - AI to power its agent layer. You will work in Python with Google ADK to design and ship intelligent agents across the client's engineering estate, using BMAD and spec-driven development as daily practice. Responsibilities

Develop and release AI agents in Google ADK (Python), covering agent definition, tool creation, skill composition, and multi-agent orchestration

Design agentic workflows that autonomously detect, triage, and remediate security vulnerabilities

Coordinate with Java and React engineers to embed agent capabilities into the broader Assurance platform

Apply spec-driven development, ensuring each feature begins with a spec and every implementation maps back to it

Shape architectural choices for agent design patterns, execution strategies, and platform reliability

Work autonomously within distributed, cross-functional teams
Requirements

Proven lead/senior-level background with 5+ years of Python engineering experience

Hands-on experience with Google ADK, including building agents, defining tools and skills, and running multi-agent workflows

Strong working knowledge of BMAD methodology

Solid experience with spec-driven / documentation-first development practices

Demonstrated ability to work independently across distributed, cross-functional teams

English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher
Nice to have

Familiarity with AI agentic frameworks such as LangGraph and LangChain

Background in security tooling including SAST, DAST, SCA, or vulnerability management platforms

Working knowledge of TypeScript, React, or Java

Experience with GCP, including GKE, Cloud Run, and Vertex AI
