Medical Doctor – Addiction Medicine
Location: Rosarito, Baja California, Mexico

Salary: $2,000–$3,000 USD per month + performance incentives
We're looking for a compassionate, motivated, English-speaking Medical Doctor to join our growing medically supervised Ibogaine treatment center. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team helping patients recover from addiction in a safe, professional environment.
This position offers significant growth potential, including the opportunity to advance into our Medical Director role as our program continues to expand.
Responsibilities:
- Perform medical evaluations and determine patient eligibility for treatment.
- Review laboratory results, EKGs, and medical histories.
- Monitor patients throughout detoxification and treatment.
- Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and clinical staff to ensure quality patient care.
- Develop and oversee individualized medical treatment plans.
- Respond to medical concerns and emergencies when needed.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and ensure compliance with clinical standards.
- Participate in protocol development and continuous improvement of patient care.
Qualifications:
- Medical Doctor (MD or equivalent) licensed to practice medicine.
- Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus but not required).
- Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills.
- Experience in addiction medicine, emergency medicine, internal medicine, psychiatry, or critical care is preferred but not required.
- Passion for helping individuals recover from substance use disorders.
