Are you the person who can put someone at ease on the hardest day of their life — and, weeks later, get that same person to pick up the phone and clear their balance? People who can do both are rare, and they’re rarely paid what they’re worth. Reliable Futures places exceptional bilingual professionals from Latin America into career-level remote roles with U.S. law firms — and we stay invested in your success long after day one.
The professionals we place are not gig workers filling seats between clients. They own the relationship that keeps a firm running — turning first calls into signed clients, and signed clients into paid, loyal ones — and they’re choosing a path that finally matches their ambition, because your growth is the point, not just your placement. If this sounds like the opportunity you’ve been looking for, please read to the end before applying — there are specific instructions you’ll need.
Working with Reliable Futures means working for a real Mexican employer that takes its obligations seriously — and then goes further. Full statutory compliance: IMSS, aguinaldo, vacation premium, and every protection the law guarantees you. Your compensation is disclosed in full, set above local market rates for your role and experience, and paid directly to you — not bundled into a platform fee where no one can tell you what you actually earn. You are a fully employed team member, with standing, with protections, and with a partner that has built its entire model around one belief: doing right by you and doing right by the firm are exactly the same decision.
Reliable Futures works with U.S. law firms across a range of practice areas and firm sizes. We are currently collecting expressions of interest from bilingual professionals who are equal parts persuasive and organized — people who can earn a client’s trust at intake and hold the line, warmly, on getting paid. If you are the kind of professional this posting describes, we want to hear from you now.
What You’ll Own
This is a role with real ownership. You won’t be handing off the hard parts to someone else — you’ll carry the client relationship from the very first contact all the way through to a paid, satisfied client who refers their friends.
— Winning new clients — You’re the first voice a prospective client hears. You’ll handle new inquiries by phone, email, and web, understand what someone needs, explain how the firm can help, and guide them from “just looking” to signed and onboarded. This is where your ability to build trust and move a conversation forward pays off every single day.
— Owning the follow-up — Not everyone signs on the first call. You’ll run the follow-up: staying in front of prospects who are still deciding, keeping every lead warm, and making sure no one who reached out to the firm ever falls through the cracks.
— Getting clients paid — Once someone’s a client, you own the money conversation too. You’ll manage payment plans, follow up on open and past-due balances, process payments, and keep account records clean — all with the same warmth you brought to intake. This isn’t chasing strangers over old debts; it’s helping your own clients stay in good standing.
— Keeping clients close — The relationship doesn’t end when the case does. You’ll check in with former clients, keep them connected to the firm, and turn good experiences into reviews and referrals.
You’ll work closely with the firm’s attorneys and team, but this is your domain — the full arc of the client relationship, from first hello to lasting advocate.
