Pricing Analyst - Freight Brokerage (English Required)
Location: Mérida, Yucatán, México
Work Arrangement: On-site
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Join our Mérida office, an extension of our U.S.-based freight brokerage, supporting transportation operations through data-driven pricing and market analysis.
As a Pricing Analyst, you’ll analyze historical lane data, carrier rates, and market trends to develop competitive pricing strategies across FTL, LTL, and spot freight, while providing strategic guidance to brokers, dispatchers, sales representatives, and leadership to support informed pricing decisions, account growth, and overall profitability.
What You’ll Do:
- Analyze historical lane data, carrier rates, and market trends to develop competitive and strategic pricing strategies
- Manage and execute pricing for FTL, LTL, and spot freight, including posting loads to obtain real-time market feedback
- Monitor account margins, identify underperforming or underpriced lanes, and recommend pricing adjustments
- Provide real-time pricing guidance and strategic support to brokers, dispatchers, and sales representatives
- Track market intelligence, including rate trends, seasonality, RPM, and accessorial charges, to inform pricing decisions
What We Are Looking For:
- Advanced English (C1+) non-negotiable
- Experience in freight brokerage, transportation, logistics, pricing, or a related field preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
