As our team continues to grow, we're looking for a highly organized Recruitment Associate to support our recruiting operations and help deliver an efficient hiring process.
Position Overview
The Recruitment Associate will provide operational and administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team by coordinating hiring activities, managing recruiting systems, and ensuring candidates move efficiently through the recruitment process. This role enables Recruiters to maximize their productivity by owning the operational and administrative aspects of the hiring process while also providing recruiting support when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Post and manage job openings across recruiting platforms.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates, Hiring Managers, Directors, and Executive Leadership.
- Prepare candidate presentation summaries for Hiring Managers.
- Send assessments and coordinate next steps.
- Follow up with Hiring Managers to collect interview feedback.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline updates in BambooHR.
- Track recruiting metrics and maintain internal recruiting reports (Filevine and other trackers).
- Prepare and send offer letters after approval.
- Communicate interview logistics and process updates to candidates.
- Ensure hiring processes move efficiently from application through offer.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews as needed to support the recruiting team.
- Provide backup recruiting support during periods of high hiring volume or recruiter absence.
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, HR, or Recruitment Operations.
- Ability to conduct candidate screening interviews and assess basic qualifications.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with ATS platforms (BambooHR preferred) and Google Workspace.
- Proactive, organized, and follow-through oriented.
