Scrum Master (Remote | International Projects)

About the Role
Were looking for an experienced Scrum Master who thrives in a servant-leadership role and is passionate about helping teams deliver high-quality results.
This is a hands-on Agile delivery role, where youll:

This role is ideal for someone curious, analytical, and proactive who goes beyond status updates and focuses on real outcomes and continuous improvement.
What Youll Do

Lead 34 Agile projects simultaneously

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (planning, daily, reviews, retrospectives)
-
Coach teams on Agile mindset and best practices
-
Partner with Product Owners to manage backlog and priorities
-
Identify and remove impediments
-
Track and improve team metrics (velocity, cycle time, predictability)
-
Act as a bridge between teams, leadership, and stakeholders
-
Drive continuous improvement initiatives
What Were Looking For
-
7+ years in Agile roles (Scrum Master / Agile Lead / BA)
-
Experience managing multiple projects
-
Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile frameworks
-
Experience with Jira, Confluence or similar tools
-
Strong technical understanding (to collaborate with engineering teams)
-
Advanced English (MANDATORY)

Valid U.S. visa (REQUIRED)

Availability to travel to the United States (occasionally)
