Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 0–2 years of experience in mechanical design, automation equipment, tooling, fixtures, internships, or engineering-related academic projects. Internship or co-op experience in manufacturing or automation is a plus.
Languages: Basic to intermediate English (spoken and written).
Technical Knowledge & Skills:

Basic knowledge of mechanical design principles and drafting standards.

Familiarity with GD&T fundamentals and tolerance interpretation.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

Basic understanding of manufacturing and assembly processes.

Knowledge of mechanical components, pneumatics, and material selection fundamentals.
