We are looking for an English Academy Principal, passionate about children and educational work, with previous experience in the field of education, commercial or retail as a commercial advisor, sales director, team leader, store director or assistant.
If you are a highly responsible, orderly, very organized, passionate and committed person to your work, and you have an advance English level (C1), this position is for you.
The center director is responsible for guaranteeing the growth of the center, ensuring the well-being of existing clients and attracting new ones.
It is also responsible for the correct application of methodology as well as the quality standards of an educational center.
Previous EXPERIENCE increasing school enrollment will be a plus factor for candidates.
Candidates must have:
- High communication skills, very customer and sales oriented.
- Experience in team management.
- Leadership skills.
- Experience working with KPIs objectives.
- Decision-making and organizational capacity.
- High English Level.
- Experience working successfully to accomplish many tasks simultaneously.
- Work as a team and under pressure.
- Experience minimum of 2 years working in similar positions, working with staff in charge, and working in customer service and sales areas.
