Analyze the warranty material returned to reduce warranty expenses, improve product quality, and enhance dealer aftersales processes. Additionally, be responsible for identifying warranty claims that may require further investigation, creating the corresponding audit case files, reviewing warranty audit results, and reconciling improvement opportunities with the dealer network.
STRATEGIC (40%):
- 20%. Audit case files.
- 10% Following technical issues with quality control towers.
- 10%. Develop technical bulletins to improve the dealer’s diagnostics.
OPERATIONAL (40%):
- 20%. Analysis of the warranty material returned.
- 10% Handling material.
- 10%. Dispatching of after-sales material inventoried to the dealer network.
RESOURCE MANAGEMENT (20%):
- 10%. Work with the audit team to identify improvement opportunities.
- 10% Provide feedback to the aftersales teams on technical and audit-related matters.
Other functions:
1. Evaluate the dealer’s appeals on charges caused by mistakes on the material returned.
2. Support to quality control towers to dispatch special parts to dealers.
3. Coordinate warranty and campaign activities with the Parts Depot Center.
4. Record retention of material scrapped.
