About the role
TEAMS is a corporate experiential learning company with 25+ years designing team-building and leadership experiences for companies. We're looking for facilitators who can run our experiences entirely in English for multinational client groups.
You'll be in front of groups of 20 to 500 executives, running high-energy activities, giving instructions, managing timing and closing with a reflection that connects the activity to the client's business objectives.
What you'll do
- Facilitate team-building activities, workshops and corporate events in English
- Deliver clear instructions and manage group energy in front of large audiences
- Lead debriefs connecting the experience to leadership, communication and collaboration goals
- Coordinate with the production team on-site (setup, timing, logistics)
- Travel within Mexico when required (all expenses covered)
What we're looking for
- Native or near-native English. You must have lived, studied or worked in an English-speaking country (US, UK, Canada, Australia, Ireland, NZ, etc.) this is non-negotiable, not a preference
- Conversational to fluent Spanish (our internal team and production run in Spanish)
- Strong stage presence: you're comfortable holding a microphone in front of 200 people
- Previous experience in facilitation, training, teaching, acting, hosting, tourism or events
- Legal right to work in Mexico, based in or able to travel to CDMX
- Weekend and weekday availability (events are scheduled in advance)
Nice to have
- Experience with corporate audiences or C-level groups
- Background in improv, theater, sports coaching or education
- Additional languages (Portuguese, French)
