This position is responsible for driving growth initiatives and achieving profitable business outcomes. The position utilizes analytics, market insights, and cross-functional collaboration to identify opportunities and drive execution to deliver measurable results
Key Responsibilities

Drives growth and profitable business outcomes working closely with cross-functional teams, such as analytics, strategy, product, sales marketing, UX design, product, and IT to identify, evaluate and monitor growth opportunities for the business.
- Own and drive initiatives end-to-end, from opportunity identification and business case development through execution and delivery of measurable results.
- Works closely with other Farmers products to identify opportunities to solve gaps in cross-sell and up-sell opportunities and improve growth and income opportunities.
- Supports initiatives across the business as needed to enable execution of growth priorities.
- Ensures business needs and priorities are reflected in key initiatives, including supporting the alignment of incentives and business goals to ensure both growth and financial objectives are achieved.
- Leverages analytics and insights to inform decision-making and drive growth initiatives.
- Partners with Farmers and Zurich research and analytics teams to fully leverage the market intelligence available across the company, with specific focus on cross-sell and up-sell.
Works with the business to turn various sources of data and analytics into timely, actionable insights that support growth initiatives.

Requirements

9 years of experience required in in strategy, operations, or execution-focused roles.
- Full English Fluency
- Extensive knowledge of insurance products and field sales processes

Insurance Experience PLUS - Open to other industries (Finance & Banking)
Technical & Business Skills

Consultative, interpersonal, diplomacy, communication & presentation skills

Facilitation skills with demonstrated ability to understand and respond to the needs of target audiences and member segments.
