As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will lead and coordinate warehouse teams to ensure efficient and seamless material flow throughout operations. You will work closely with production, quality, engineering, and planning teams to guarantee that production lines are continuously supplied. Your role will be key in maintaining inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and a safe working environment.
How You’ll Make an Impact

Ensure the safety and integrity of personnel by fostering a strong safety culture in all warehouse operations.

Monitor and drive compliance with key performance indicators such as production plan adherence, inventory accuracy, overtime, NCRs, and maintenance.

Oversee the proper use and operation of equipment and machinery, promoting continuous training and development of the team.

Ensure timely and accurate material supply to production lines, avoiding any operational disruptions.

Guarantee proper receipt, storage, and inventory control to maintain high levels of accuracy and reliability.
What You Bring

Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles within warehouse or manufacturing environments.

Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (SAP or similar) and warehouse processes (receiving, storage, material supply, cycle counts).

Intermediate English level (B2).

Proven leadership and communication skills, with experience managing unionized and non-unionized personnel.

Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset and sense of urgency.
