Job Summary
The Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining applications using devops practices and tools, Python programming, and Kubernetes container orchestration. The primary objective is to enhance the efficiency and reliability of software applications through automation and deployment on Kubernetes clusters.
Key Responsibilities
1. Collaborate within team to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions
2. Develop and implement ci/cd pipelines using devops practices to automate the software delivery process
3. Write efficient and maintainable code in python to create software solutions and applications
4. Deploy, and manage containerized applications on kubernetes clusters to ensure scalability and high availability
5. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application performance, security, and scalability
6. Implement monitoring and logging solutions to maintain the health and performance of applications running on kubernetes
7. Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development processes
Skill Requirements
1. Knowledge of devops practices and tools like jenkins, git, docker, and ansible
2. Programming skills in python and familiarity with developing python based applications
3. Handson knowledge of kubernetes for container orchestration and management
4. Knowledge of cloud platforms like aws, azure, or google cloud platform for deploying applications
5. Understanding of microservices architecture and containerization principles
6. Familiarity with infrastructure as code (iac) tools such as terraform or cloudformation
7. Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work in fast paced, collaborative environments
Other Requirements
1.Relevant certifications in DevOps, Python, and Kubernetes would be a plus
