The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with a passion for continuous improvement. You will play a key role in designing, optimizing, and sustaining manufacturing processes to ensure safety, quality, and productivity in automotive production.
Responsibilities
- Develop, update, and maintain work instructions, process documentation, and manufacturing specifications.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce material and utility waste, and enhance overall process performance.
- Implement and validate equipment modifications, adjustments, and repairs, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with standards.
- Conduct cutting tests, welding measurements, and other process validations to support production release.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with production, quality, and maintenance teams to evaluate and implement process improvements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives aligned with Lean Manufacturing principles.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in the automotive sector.
- Proven knowledge and application of Lean tools: Six Sigma, Kaizen, Kanban, and 5S.
- Experience with Fanuc Robots.
- Knowledge of MSA, PFMEA, SPC
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken)
