Company Introduction
H&T Electronic Technology Mexico is a foreign-invested manufacturing company specializing in electronic manufacturing and PCBA solutions. As our Mexico operation continues to expand rapidly, we are seeking an experienced Payroll Coordinator to support and lead payroll operations in a fast-growing manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end payroll operations for 600+ employees
- Manage weekly and bi-weekly payroll processes
- Ensure compliance with Mexican labor, tax, and social security regulations (IMSS, INFONAVIT, SAT, ISR, CFDI 4.0, SUA, IDSE)
- Coordinate with external payroll vendors and internal HR/Finance teams
- Support payroll analysis, labor cost control, audits, and process improvements
Requirements
- 5+ years of payroll experience in Mexico
- Mandatory experience leading payroll for manufacturing plants with 500+ employees
- Previous experience in multinational / foreign-invested manufacturing companies
- Hands-on experience with Fortia payroll system
- Strong understanding of Mexican payroll calculations and compliance requirements
- Ability to independently validate and perform manual payroll calculations beyond system-generated results
- Advanced Excel skills and strong attention to detail
- Experience in electronics manufacturing, EMS, or IMMEX operations is highly preferred
- English communication skills preferred;
