About the Role
We’re looking for a passionate, detail-oriented, and organized Surrogacy Intake Coordinator to conduct consultations and interviews with potential surrogates, guide them through the intake process, and ensure every candidate feels informed and supported.
This position requires a strong communicator with excellent sales skills and professionalism in every interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct intake consultations and interviews with potential surrogates.
- Explain program details and requirements clearly and professionally.
- Build trust and provide compassionate support during the intake process.
- Maintain organized records and follow up promptly with leads.
- Collaborate closely with the team to ensure smooth transitions through each stage.
Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in surrogacy, fertility, or women’s health preferred.
- Able to work in the US time zone
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate, empathetic, detail-oriented, and organized.
- Fluent in English
- Professional, reliable, and able to manage leads efficiently.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $140.00 - $180.00 per hour
Work Location: Remote
