Finance Information Manager
We are looking for a highly analytical and results-driven Finance Information Manager to oversee financial reporting, accounting operations, compliance, and financial systems. This role will play a key part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial information, supporting executive decision-making, and driving continuous improvement across finance processes and reporting functions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in accounting, financial reporting, and financial management.
- Fluent English REQUIRED.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting standards, and tax regulations.
- Experience managing month-end and year-end close processes.
- Experience with financial statement preparation and consolidation.
- Strong understanding of internal controls, audits, and compliance requirements.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and accounting software (QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial reporting tools.
- Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Proven ability to lead projects, improve processes, and implement financial systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Key Activities
- Lead accounting and financial reporting activities.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial information.
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
- Prepare financial statements and management reports.
- Ensure compliance with U.S. accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee general ledger, reconciliations, and internal controls.
- Coordinate financial audits and compliance activities.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Manage financial systems and reporting tools.
- Consolidate financial statements across entities.
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to leadership.
- Drive process improvements and financial system enhancements.
- Manage relationships with auditors, tax advisors, and external stakeholders.
